To respect the mountain, we need to design more responsibly.
That's why the MH500 is eco-designed: the rubber is recycled and bio-based, and the upper is dope dyed.
Bio-based or recycled component
The outsole of the MH500 is made of 30% recycled or bio-based rubber.
The midsole is made of 30% EVA from sugar cane co-products.
Dope dye
The boot's lining benefits from a process of dyeing in the mass (called "dope dye"), which directly integrates the colour pigments when manufacturing the yarn, thus saving water and energy.
Recycled polyester
Using reclaimed and transformed materials from production scraps or products destined to be thrown away, are applied to the midfoot area, tongue and lining.
