. A tablespoon
. A blender
. A bowl (included in the MH500 cookset)
. 150 g frozen mango
. ½ banana
. 3 pitted dates
. 1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt (or fromage blanc)
. Toppings to taste: fresh fruit, cereal, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc.
1. Prepare, cut and assemble all ingredients.
2. Place all ingredients in your blender: mango, banana, dates and yogurt.
3. Blend for about 3 minutes for a smooth texture.
4. Pour the smoothie into your bowl and add your toppings.
5. Enjoy!
