. A frying pan (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A lid (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A MH500 wood stove
. MH500 multi-function knife
. 1/2 aubergine, diced
. 125g kidney beans (cooked)
. 80g French-cut bacon
. 20g cheese (such as cheddar)
. 10g olive oil
. Salt
. Toppings: fried onions and chives
1. Heat the olive oil in the hot pan and add the diced aubergine.
2. Cover and cook the aubergine for 10min, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the beans, stir.
4. Add the bacon pieces, cover and cook for another 10min.
5. Add the cheese at the end.
6. Once the cheese is melted, serve the fry-up with fried onions and chives.
